About Sensara
Sensara builds and deploys custom AI agents. We take a workflow you already run, engineer an agent against your real systems and data, evaluate it on real cases, and deploy it to your infrastructure. No slide decks. No transformation frameworks. Agents running in production, owned by you.
Why we exist
Most agent projects die in the same place. The prototype works on the happy path, then meets real data and real systems, and the work of evaluation, error handling, deployment, and ownership falls back on a team that already has a roadmap.
Sensara starts on the other side of that line. We do the integration, the evaluation, the deployment, and the handoff. The deliverable is an agent running on your infrastructure with your keys, not a recommendation you have to re-procure.
Who runs it
Sensara is run by Zac, a software developer with 8+ years of experience and 75+ shipped client applications across internal tools, SaaS products, and back-office automations.
Agent engineering isn't a separate skill from software delivery. It's the same skill applied to a faster-moving toolchain. Sensara's own delivery runs on a fleet of agents that build applications, run them on a simulator, record walkthroughs, and prepare store submissions, with every run registered, heartbeated, and verified against what it claims to have produced. That is the engineering we sell.

How we work
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute scoping call. The goal is honest scoping. Which workflows have an agent shape worth building, which don't, and what the cheapest path to production looks like.
From there we pick one of three tiers. Agent Pilot is one workflow and one agent in production against real data, the smallest scope that settles whether it works. Agent Deployment is a multi-step agent wired into the systems you already run, evaluated on held-out cases and instrumented for drift. Agent Fleet adds the dispatch, run tracking, and verification that make several agents operable by your team.
We'll tell you when a single prompt is enough. We'll also tell you when an agent isn't the right answer at all. Both have happened more than once.
What we don't do
- Strategy decks. If the deliverable is a PDF, we're not the right fit.
- Generic "AI transformation." We scope to one workflow at a time with numbers attached.
- Hourly retainers. We scope and price each tier up front so you know what you're buying.
- Selling agents you don't need. If the workflow is already fine, we'll say so.
Common questions
What does Sensara do?
Sensara builds and deploys custom AI agents. We take a workflow you already run, engineer an agent against your real systems and data, evaluate it on held-out real cases, deploy it to your infrastructure, and hand over ownership. The deliverable is a running agent, not a slide deck or a transformation framework.
Who runs Sensara?
Sensara is run by Zac, a software developer with 8+ years of experience and 75+ shipped client applications across internal tools, SaaS products, and back-office automations. Sensara runs its own software delivery on a fleet of agents, which is where the agent engineering it sells comes from. You can reach Zac directly at zac@sensara.io.
How does a Sensara engagement start?
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute scoping call. The goal is honest scoping. Which workflows have an agent shape worth building, which do not, and what the cheapest path to something running in production looks like. No prep required.
What is the difference between an Agent Pilot, an Agent Deployment, and an Agent Fleet?
An Agent Pilot is one workflow and one agent in production against real data, the smallest scope that settles whether it works. An Agent Deployment is a multi-step agent wired into the systems you already run, evaluated on held-out cases and instrumented for drift. An Agent Fleet adds the dispatch, run tracking, and verification that make several agents operable by your team. All three end with something running in production, not a recommendation.
What does Sensara not do?
Sensara does not sell strategy decks, generic AI transformation programs, hourly retainers, or agents you do not need. If the deliverable is a PDF, we are not the right fit. If a single prompt solves the problem, or if an agent would add more failure modes than value, we will say so instead of scoping an engagement.
